Cook Forest Area Scenic Trail Ride & Dude Ranch is a great place to ride if you are looking for beautiful trails. The Clarion River is so beautiful. Ray & Terrie are great ambassadors for trail riding. I usually attend several times each year. I love to watch the horse games during the organized food ride trail rides. The children have a blast! They even get prizes! The facility is unbeatable with the heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi to enjoy after a nice horse ride. I always tell people if you want to eat good food and a nice variety of choices come here! I highly recommend this trail ride and horse camp.

I ventured out here on my own, after having friends back out on me. You all made me feel welcome and a part of your group.
Tommie (Turvey) and Josh (Lyons) were the reasons I came this far to ride. I figured being up close and personal would feed this sponge brain of mine. I was right, I learned a lot.
Sharing laughs, lots of food, and making new horse friends was quite the added bonus. Also, thanks for the rented horse, it was an awesome one!

On 9/8/07 Jack and I within an hour of our ride we saw a a black bear. It was just standing there. We were only about 50 feet away. Then about another 1/2 hour there was another one coming up from the river. we were about 600 feet from that one. Our mule just looked at them and we loved it. P.S.
